We believe golf is at its best when more people feel welcome, represented and able to thrive. The Charter provides an important framework for increasing participation, creating opportunity and supporting the advancement of women across the game.

Our commitments were shaped through a collaborative process involving colleagues from across our international offices, reflecting our belief that meaningful progress is built through shared perspectives, open dialogue and long-term action.

Today, our focus includes mentorship, leadership development, early-career opportunities and fostering an inclusive culture where people can grow with confidence, whether they play golf or not.

The initiative is led internally by Rio Everitt and Fatima El Fakri, who work alongside colleagues across the business to help drive our commitments forward and champion positive change.
